Job Location: 1871 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, V8R 1K1.
Wages/Salaries: $50,000/2080 = $24.03 / hour / 40 hours per week
Benefits: Extended medical, dental and life insurance after 180 days of full-time
Additional Skills: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus; determine the size of food portions; estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas.
