Wages/Salaries: $20.45 to $21.45 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 - 40 hours per week
Skills: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise staff, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Conduct performance reviews, Analyze operating costs and other data, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Evaluate daily operations.
