Job Description
Prepare and present sushi dishes (nigiri, sashimi, rolls) with precision
and consistency. Select, inspect, and handle fresh fish and seafood to
ensure quality and safety. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation
standards. Prepare ingredients (rice, sauces, garnishes) according to
restaurant recipes. Monitor inventory and order seafood and supplies as
needed. Store and rotate ingredients properly to maintain freshness.
Create new sushi menu items and seasonal specials. Train and supervise
junior kitchen staff when required. Maintain cleanliness and
organization of the sushi station.
Wages/Salaries: $25 hourly/ 32 to 40 hours per week.
