Job Description
Assist the Chef with preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and food. Train kitchen helpers in food preparation, cooking, and food handling; order supplies and equipment; supervise kitchen staff and helpers; maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment; and clean the kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations, including moving, storing, and packing food products, as well as lifting supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Wages and Salaries: $23 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
